TheraGlow Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, one of the following must apply:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
• The item is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
• The item has a verified functional defect

Because this is a personal beauty and wellness device, hygiene and safety regulations require that items which have been opened or used cannot be accepted for a full refund unless there is a confirmed defect.

To request a return, contact us at dainpechacek@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos or video if reporting a defect

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Return Condition & Inspection

All returns are inspected when received.

If an item is returned:
• opened
• unsealed
• missing packaging
• or not in original condition

it may be subject to a hygiene and restocking deduction from the refund amount, or refused if ineligible.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided.

A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a confirmed defect.

All approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the label.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items returned after 30 days
• Items without a verified defect that have been opened or used
• Sale items or gift cards
• Orders returned without prior authorization

Returns for reasons such as:
• change of mind
• comfort or fit preference
• dissatisfaction
• or personal reaction

are not eligible once the product has been opened.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning correctly, contact us immediately so we can troubleshoot or arrange a replacement or return.

Photo or video evidence may be required to verify the issue.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days
• Return shipping fees and applicable deductions will be applied before refund

Banks may take additional time to post funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
